BOOK HAUL // YA, Romance and Murder Mystery.

Heeeello, everyone!

Today I wanted to share with you guys some of the books I've bought recently. I know I always say I need to stop buying books, but that's just something I've accepted about myself - I enjoy buying books and that's ok. I'll however try to keep the amount of books I buy on a monthly basis to a minimum, I'll even go on a no-buy next month, but we'll get into that on another post. And also, I read a lot so that's kinda how I justify it.. that and the fact that I could be spending that money on worst things (like drugs), books fit into the culture category and we could all use a little more culture in our lives.

Anyway, two of these books were gifts. If you've been following me on IG or Twitter, you know that I took the TOEFL exam last month and I got an awesome grade so my parents wanted to give me a little something to celebrate. Being the book nerd I am, I suggested an amazon gift card. Another one, now I can't remember which one, was on sale and I couldn't pass it up. Ok, I'm gonna stop now. Let's get to the books!
Extraordinary Means - Robyn Schneider // The beautiful cover and the title got me. I'm always down for some YA Romance, so I kinda had to get it. This book and the next one were purchased with my parent's gift card and I still have some money left on it, so don't forget to leave me your recommendations on the comments.

13 Minutes - Sarah Pinborough // I'm pretty sure this was the one that was on sale. I was intrigued by the title and the cover from the start and after reading a little bit about the plot I was hooked. The fact that it was on sale didn't hurt either. The main character is dead for 13 minutes or something like that, pretty interesting right?!

Every Last Lie - Mary Kubica // I've read The Good Girl from this author last year and I was kinda disappointed, but I wanted to give Mary another try. There has been a lot of positive reviews on GoodReads and Amazon. And also, since I read In a Dark, Dark Wood from Ruth Ware last month I've been really into thrillers.

Girl In Pieces - Kathleen Glasgow // I believe this is also YA and I'm getting some 13 Reasons Why vibes from it, which I absolutely LOVED btw. It has a 4.14 average rating on GoodReads, which is rare. The cover is intriguing. Honestly, I don't need much else to buy a book, guys!

The Love Interest - Cale Dietrich // I've seen a lot of people talking about this book recently on  booktube and I've decided to pick it up. Some people were describing it as a diverse hunger games, but from what I've read on some book blogs there's something to do with secret agents and spies. I'm not really sure but I'm excited to read it either way.. I loved Hunger Games btw and I'd love it if it actually were similar to it.

One Of Us Is Lying - Karen M McManus // I had to get this book because it has everything I usually enjoy: it's YA, there's high school drama and a murder investigation. This is the one I'm currently reading and I LOVING it so far! I'm so intrigued, we get new information about the suspects in every chapter and I just need to know what's going. I love it when a book is able to get me this hooked from the start.

That's all I've recently bought, guys! Let me know on the comments if you've read any of these books and what did you think of them. If you'd like to keep up with the books I'm currently reading and also my 2017 Reading Challenge, you can follow me on GoodReads and we can be reading buddies. Like I've said, I'll be on a pretty strict no-buy next month so I'm pretty sure there won't be a book haul for a while on this blog - at least that's the plan.

Did you buy any interesting books this month?!

Let's chat!

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!
