BLOGMAS // Holiday Reads.

Heeeello, everyone!

I think I've mentioned this before, but I'm a seasonal reader and christmas is my favorite time of the year, so you can imagine how excited I am for today's post. If you're also a seasonal reader and you're looking for some Christmas book recommendations, you've come to the right place. I've got 5 books to share with you guys today and I honestly think there's a little bit for everyone, unless you don't like romance. If you find a holiday book that doesn't have romance in it, you let me know!

I've read some of these and some I've just find out about. One of them is available now for free on Amazon, which is awesome if you ask me. I love when I'm able to find specially gems like this one. I actually did an entire post about free books, you can just click here if you're interested. Anyway, I'm gonna stop rambling because you're here to talk about books and I want to talk about books too!
My True Love Gave To Me - Stephanie Perkins // This one is actually a collection of stories edited by Stephanie Perkins. I'm not usually a fan of short stories, but some of my favorite author were participating (Rainbow Rowell and Jenny Han) and I had to support them. I'm a loyal reader. However, this book surprised. If you're a seasonal reader like me, you have to check it out. The stories are super fun and incredibly festive - it's literally the perfect book to read during the holidays. Since it's a collection of stories, some were definitely better than others, but it's an overall great books. I also think it's the perfect gift.

The Christmas Secret - Jeannie Watt // This one was available for free on the Kindle store (I think it still is) and I decided to check it out because I absolutely love small-town romances, specially around the holidays. In this one a couple is trapped on a cabin because of the snow and, you guessed it, they fall in love. It's the cutest romance ever. I would say it's the equivalent of a Hallmark Christmas movie where everything works out in the end and everyone is happy enjoying the holidays.

What Light - Jay Asher // After loving 13 Reasons Why, I decided to read more of Jay Asher's books. I know these two books are complete opposites, but they were both really good. I haven't finished What Light yet, but I'm really enjoying it so far. It's really cute!

A Cedar Cove Christmas - Debbie Macomber // Debbie Macomber is the queen of small-town romance and I'm a sucker for them. You know, the type of book where two people fall in love in a small town background. Maybe there's a cute Main Street square, maybe there's a lake too.. I just love these types of books and I cannot get enough of them. I haven't read this one yet, but it's on my list. I just know I'm gonna love it.

Almost Midnight - Rainbow Rowell // This book contains two previous published Rainbow Rowell short stories - Kindred Spirits and Midnight (which is in My True Love Gave To Me). I've already read both of them, so I won't be buying this book. However, if you haven't read these stories before, I cannot recommend them enough. Rainbow Rowell is my favorite author, hands down. These stories are the cutest thing ever and you need to read them.

Those are all my book recommendations for the holidays this year. If you'd like to see more Christmas books, you can check out last year's recommendations. I'm really excited to read all the books, I just wish we had more days in December because there's no way I'll be able to get to all of these. I'm currently buddy-reading Amy and Roger's Epic Detour and once I'm done with that I'll get to the Christmas ones. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed today's post and I really hope you're enjoying Blogmas so far!

Do you have any fun books to recommend?!
