What I Do On Sundays.

Heeello, everyone! 

I'm just gonna start this buying saying that I don't do much on Sundays. And I like that. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about being productive and getting things done. If you follow my Weekly Mantras you know that. I try to give my best everyday, but on Sundays, WE CHILL! We watch Netflix, we get ready for the week ahead and we watch a little more Netflix to finish off the night. I think relaxing and taking care of yourself (physically and mentally) is essential. And this is what I try to do on Sundays, make sure that I'm starting off the week with the right mindset!
Wake Up Late // Waking up late on Sundays are mandatory for me. I usually wake up at 06:30  on weekdays, so when we get to Sunday all I want to do is stay in bed. I wake up at around 10:30, I watch all the youtube videos I missed during the week and then, if I have time, I move on to Netflix, but I usually save Netflix for the night. 

Yoga // After I wake up, I try doing some yoga. Yoga relaxes me and wakes up my body at the same time. It makes me happy. I feel like I'm stretching my body and improving my health. I always follow one of Yoga with Adriene videos. I really love them and I'd highly recommend if you're a beginner too. I also like to take a few minutes after to mediate and try to focus on my goals for the week. 

All The Beauty Stuff // Sundays are also my beauty days. I do my nails, my brows, hair masks and all that good stuff. I get ready for the week basically. I know some people might not love doing these things, but I really do. I crank up the T-Swift (You're so gorgeooooous..) or I put on some Christmas movies and make an evening out of it. I would highly suggest doing all your "beauty things" yourself because things can add pretty quickly.

Read, read, read // And then, in the afternoon, I read. It's glorious. I read for hours and hours without feeling guilty. You can check out the books I'm currently reading right here or you can follow me on GoodReads if you want to keep up with my reading. 

Work Out // I love working out on the weekends. The gym is always empty and It makes me feel like I actually got something done. I usually go for cardio and I challenge myself to stay on the treadmill for an entire episode of something. 

Blog Schedules // I try to do all my blog planning on Sundays because it really helps me out managing my anxiety. At the moment, I'm not as chill as I used to. My weekdays are full of stressful adult stuff and having my blogging posts planned out for me makes me feel more in control, even if I don't always stick to it. 

That's all I do on Sundays, guys! Like I said before, I don't do much. If I really need to, I'm able to have a productive Saturday, but Sundays are always for chilling and recharging.
