What I'm Currently Loving // Reading + Watching.

Heeeello, everyone!

My life has been the craziest it has ever been and I'm constantly exhausted but I'm loving it. I feel like it took me a while to figure my schedule and really get into my routine, but now that I kinda have it figured out I'm really enjoying it. The only not so great part is that my time for blogging is becoming very limited. I only have time to do blog stuff (write, take pictures, answer emails, social media and respond to comments) at night and that's kind of a bummer. However, fear not my loyal readers, I'm here now and we're gonna talk about some cool stuff.

Despite being extremely busy (aren't we all?), I always have time to Netflix. I usually Netflix when I get home from work - it's my time to take off my pants, get me some cold coconut water (wine when it's Friday.. or sometimes Thursday  and just CHILL. I kinda turn off my mind, regroup and get mentally ready to tackle the rest of my day since I get home from work pretty early. Also, I alternate between reading and netflixing because reading is fun and you should try it! So, if you're looking for show and book recommendations, you've come to the right place!
Down Among The Sticks And Bones - Seanan McGuire // This is the sequel (or prequel?) to Every Heart A Doorway. I'm gonna be honest, I didn't looooove the first book but I decided to give this one a try because a lot of people were saying great things about it on booktube and the reviews on GoodReads were all pretty positive. I'm about 30% in and I really like it so far. Nothing really happened in the story yet, but I'm loving the writing and how the author approaches certain topics. I can already tell that this is going to be quite different from the other book, so I have high hopes for it.

The Museum Of Extraordinary Things - Alice Hoffman // This book had me at hello. The cover is amazing, the title is awesome and this is the author who wrote Practical Magic (the book that inspired that masterpiece with Nicole Kidman and Julia Roberts). I had to read it! I'm so glad this is living up to my expectations so far!

Intrigue - Andrea Smith // I'm not a big fan on anthologies, so I didn't have any expectations whatsoever, which is probably why I'm enjoying it so much (low expectations are the key to a happy life, guys - kidding, but not really)  I decided to pick it up because I saw a book blogger raving about it on IG - that's how little it takes for me to buy a new book, guys! All the novellas I read so far are very steamy and filled with romance, so if you're not a romance fan this is not the book for you. But if you are a romance fan, you are going to absolutely love it!
Grace & Frankie // If you haven't watched Grace & Frankie yet, what are you doing with your life?! Seriously, this show is AMAZING! Everyone is talking about it for a reason, I cannot say enough good things about it! The third or forth season just came out a couple of days ago and it only got better - I've actually already watched the whole thing and I loved it. It's hard for me to find a show that makes me actually laugh out loud and this one does it all the time.
Ben & Kate // This was supposed to be a "in between" show, like the show you watch when you're waiting for the new season of the show you really want to watch to come out. However, I ended up really liking it! I'm not a big fan of either of these actors (just being honest) but the show was actually really funny and entertaining. I believe it got cancelled, but you can still watch the first season on Netflix.
The Good Place // This is one of the few shows that makes me actually laugh. I love Kirsten Bell, she's one of my favorite actresses ever so I already new I was going to like it. I've already watched all the seasons available and now Netflix is only releasing one episode a week so I have no other option other than pace myself.

That's all for today, guys! Let me know on the comments what are YOU currently reading and watching. I'd love to know! I'm always looking for new recommendations, specially when it comes to books and shows - even though I haven't had time to do much of anything lately other than work and go to the gym, which I'm most definitely not complaining about.

What are you currently watching?
And reading?!

Let's chat!

Thanks so much for reading and come back soon!
