The Minimalist Game // DAY 20.

Heeeello, everyone!

Guys, let me tell you something, decluttering is exhausting! Even when you have Riverdale playing in the background and an endless amount of vegan snacks. I cannot believe I made it to day 20! So far I've decluttered 210 items and that feels goooood. For the first time in my life all my clothes fit comfortably inside of my wardrobe and I have two empty shelves - if that's not an accomplishment I don't know what is. I don't think I'll ever be one of those people that can fit all of their belongings into one suitcase, but I'm making progress.

I truly believe that owning less is making my life easier and allowing me to pay attention to the important stuff. I just find it hard to declutter items that are still in really good condition that I could kinda force myself to use. I still struggle between minimizing and not being wasteful, but I think this is part of it. I just have to keep going and figuring out what's actually important to me and what isn't.
Today's declutters are pretty random. First we have this pair of fuzzy socks. I had exactly 5 pairs of fuzzy socks, which is the stupidest thing ever since I live in Rio de Janeiro and we only have two seasons here: summer and a lighter version of summer. Up next we have this assortment of school supplies that I have no use for, I honestly just need a couple of pens. We also have a this plastic fake flower, headphones and a broken keychain. I have no idea how these things just seem to accumulate in my drawers but something I'm trying to change with this game and minimalism in general.

That's all I have for you guys today. Now that we only have ten days left, I think I'm going to combine 21-25 and then 26-30. What do you guys think? I'm tired of writing these posts and from the lack of comments, I think you guys are tired of it too. I'm kinda overthinking starting this game in the first place, but at the end of the day it was a good extra push to get me to redeclutter everything again!

Do you also accumulate random things in your drawers?!

Let's chat!

Thanks so much for reading and come back soon!
